Description
In this role you will be responsible for testing of devices and collaborate with others to evaluate device performance.- Perform and customize automated product performance tests.- Partner with design, process and test engineers to evaluate and improve device performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Optical Science or Physics.
- Experience in development of tools and systems through one or more relevant programming or scripting languages.
- At least 5 years in a test development or test engineering role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in develop tests using wafer auto-probers and electro-optical measurement instruments.
- Hands-on experience in characterizing in semi-conductor device, in the area of Optical, Electrical or Physics perspective.
- Proven track record of working independently and delivering high-quality solutions within tight schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
