In this role you will be responsible for testing of devices and collaborate with others to evaluate device performance.Perform and customize automated product performance tests.Partner with design, process and test engineers to evaluate and improve device performance.
- BS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Optical Science or Physics.
- Experience in development of tools and systems through one or more relevant programming or scripting languages.
- At least 5 years in a test development or test engineering role.
- Experience in develop tests using wafer auto-probers and electro-optical measurement instruments.
- Hands-on experience in characterizing in semi-conductor device, in the area of Optical, Electrical or Physics perspective.
- Proven track record of working independently and delivering high-quality solutions within tight schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
