Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their team’s needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Leverage multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage top talent.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recruitment best practices, continuously refining our talent acquisition strategies.
  • Enhance our employer brand by representing the company at career fairs, industry events, and through targeted recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least five years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing top talent through creative and strategic methods, including extensive use of recruiting databases and social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and GitHub.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently while meeting tight deadlines and delivering quality results.
  • A strong passion for people, with a focus on creating positive candidate experiences and building lasting relationships.
  • A data-oriented mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment data.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to handling the dynamic demands of a rapidly changing environment.
  • A creative, outgoing, and collaborative personality, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
