Requirements
At least five years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Demonstrated success in sourcing top talent through creative and strategic methods, including extensive use of recruiting databases and social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and GitHub.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently while meeting tight deadlines and delivering quality results.
