Your key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
• Develop and implement PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure project success.
• Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring resource allocation, budget management, and timelines are adhered to.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders on milestones, risks, and issues.
• Drive the adoption of project management tools and software within the team.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and departments.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree/MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or PMO related roles.
• Demonstrable track record of success in delivering transformation projects.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for bridging the gap between technology and operational teams.
