Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to collaborate with German speaking clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in business and media consulting, managing complex customer relationships, and driving significant business growth.
Experience in reaching and exceeding business targets and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Ability to uncover the needs of stakeholders/customers/users and develop solutions for multiple audiences based on up and mid funnel business objectives.
Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and operate in a complex environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.
Ability to deliver results in evolving technology and market environments.
