- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, sales, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to support external engagement in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing solutions.
- Knowledge of the German agency and MarTech/AdTech partner ecosystem and advertiser needs.
- Ability to make long-term changes to meet strategic needs within the market and partner ecosystem.
