Duties: Lead requirements and data specification to onboard data from multiple systems in single data repository to drive regulatory and industry mandates. Manage and facilitate requirements across the platform working closely with program team and SME’s (Subject Matter Expert) from other partner systems. Identify and document key data elements needed for metrics, participate in discussions and workshops to create detailed specifications, work closely with the development team at all stages of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and communicate program and project updates to stakeholders. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems, Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Performing Financial data analysis using tools including SQL; Creating and Managing Data Lineage and Data mapping processes; Performing functional requirement writing for Banking and Financial projects; Using Jira and HPQC tools for issue and defect coordination in the SIT and UAT testing phases; Working with QE and UAT Testing team to perform extensive data analysis using SQL Tool; and Performing Waterfall or Agile project coordination. 40 hrs./wk.
