Your role:

• Develop and maintain financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the factory. which includes leading the financial planning processes (SPoR, AOP, FC, LV) in full alignment of S&OP.
• Drive the financial performance reviews (MPR) with the factory management team, ISC and business to review financial performance, identify trends, and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Drive financial performance towards benchmark levels in terms of Delivery, Quality, Productivity and Costs.
• Quarterly FCP (Financial Cost Planning) update and cost management to deliver cost improvement year over year.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (ICS / SoX), company policies, and external regulations (IFRS / local), ensuring fiscal compliance by driving correctness in transfer pricing and counterclaim process.
• Troubleshooter for P2P process to ensure timely payment and avoidshipholds/

• You've acquired 8+ years of overall experience working in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Accounting in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 direct reports.
• You have BA degree or relevant degree in finance/economics is required, MBA is highly preferred
• You are a results-driven professional with excellent problem-solving skills, sound business decision-making skills, able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities strong while maintaining a high inter-personal skills.
• Advanced understanding of financial systems such as SAP MCP, SAP cubes, EFR and Microsoft Excel
