PrincipalAccountabilities:

  • Responsible for developing, deploying and owning the portfolio management process and systems across TPL and Global Vaccines & Biologics Commercialization (GVBC).

  • Responsible for maintaining the portfolio. Accountable for identifying key project milestones and to collate and report Key Performance Indicators/Metrics across portfolio that includes commercialization, Technology Transfer and in-line projects.

  • One master and owner of of portfolio data.

  • Collaborates with TPL’s, DCT’s, GPAM and WGs (including commercialization and TTs)

  • Serving as business lead in development of integrated digital solutions required to effectively monitor and execute the portfolio.

  • Continuous improvement of enterprise portfolio system to connect with systems across the network to provide enhanced visibility enabling data driven decisions and applying one source of data.

  • Establish standard work for maintaining accurate project data in enterprise databases and maintain a portfolio view of development and tech transfer activities that includes summaries of deliverables, timeline, resource requirements, and risk management.

  • Help support the commercialization and TPL resource forecasting and headcount activities to support financial budgeting cycles and resourcing decisions.

  • Improving business processes to find new efficiencies and connect people to the information that they need. Utilizing standard meetings and governance as required.

  • Develop and maintain training programs related to portfolio management systems.

  • Required tocomply with our Company Global and regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions.

Skills and Knowledge

Typical Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in a scientific or applied discipline preferred

Typical Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in portfolio management or a related role required

:

  • Digital tool competency with OnePMO, MS Teams, Power BI, MSPO, Spotfire, Share Points and other related systems

  • Technical understanding of the DP and DS commercialization and life cycle management process.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and analyze detailed, cross-functional project plans (including Gantt charting), and manage execution and change against those plans.

  • Ability to identify and escalate portfolio risks

  • Project management certification (PMP) and/or formal coursework/training in project management strongly preferred

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:

$164,800.00 - $259,400.00
