In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Technology Business Systems Consultants and Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years Leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience and expert knowledge of Nacha rules
  • Experience with Agile methodology and/or PMP certification
  • 4+ years of experience in financial services industry with leadership experience in Product, Technology and/or Operations
  • Clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key businesspartners/stakeholdersincluding senior management
  • Experience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc.
  • Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.

$131,000.00 - $206,000.00
