As a Loan Originations Specialist IV in the Equipment Finance Deal Setup & Booking Team, you will be responsible for setting up highly complex transactions in the application, LeasePak. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a periodic volume of work that builds the foundation for career progression into many different roles within Onboarding as well as roles in Portfolio Services and Quality Control. You will maintain prompt and proactive communication with business partners, ensuring customer expectations are met. This role requires a high level of ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and work independently in a high volume fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up of highly complex transactions in the application, LeasePak. It is a fast-paced environment, periodic volume of work, that builds the foundation for career progression into many different roles within Onboarding as well as roles in Portfolio Services and Quality Control.
  • Review of the credit approval and corresponding documents to complete deal set up in LeasePak within designated Service Levels
  • Enter customer data, facility, and loan details into the loan system(s)
  • Submission of new work for quality control and creation of electronic document files
  • Timely attestation/correction of Quality errors and Service Level breaches
  • Maintain prompt and proactive communication with business partners as to the status of their booking case
  • Escalate rush requests as appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain a working knowledge of required systems and procedure changes to support deal setup and funding activities that evolve
  • Minimize credit and business risk through awareness of procedure, compliance, and bank policy
  • Participating in projects and working groups as required

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate and consistently update internal workflow systems. Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads while working within tight service levels.
  • Exceptional customer service skills including excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Above average quality of work with minimal error rate. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy with completed work
  • Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to consistently maintain high performance levels in high-volume peaks. Ability to think outside the box and generate ideas for process improvement
  • High level of ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and work independently in a high volume fast paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Prior loan operations and/or quality control experience in a banking or financial services industry preferred
