Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of service contact for the EF portfolio by responding to client inquiries and resolves issues with appropriate tools
- Performs account research/analysis and processes post-funding account maintenance including financial and non-financial maintenance on the Leasing system.
- Processes audit confirmation requests and provide liaison support with Bank property/sales tax personnel
- Tracks and monitors pledged collateral and insurance certificates
- Processes manual client invoices and applies non standard client payments (e.g. payments not processed by Lock Box)
- Performs outbound customer collection calls and supports custodial tasks related the management of recovery accounts (e.g. by working closely with counsel, Special Credits and EF departments)
- Completes various portfolio activity reports
- Participate in EF process improvement projects
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years experience in an operations and/or accounting department setting (equipment finance company or bank)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to self prioritize work assignments
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Customer advocate, strong customer focus, high level of professionalism
- Ability to deal with difficult situations
- Desire to work in high paced environment and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong PC skills/Microsoft software tools
