Your impact
Responsibilities include:
- Guide and direct projects to successful technical outcomes and will be entrusted with ensuring quality of technical deliverables and peer/practice review activities for work prepared by more junior or less experienced colleagues’ deliverables. This includes participating proactively mentoring staff in the WTE and biomass technology areas, as well as within the generation transition (thermal) technologies community of practice (CoP)
- Develop Jacobs’ capabilities and reputation in Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia
- Drive business development and be responsible for work winning, identifying the next opportunities and supporting the pursuit stages of opportunities:
- Bid preparation and submittal as required, supporting the section leader, project managers in the delivery of financially successful projects.
- Develop and maintain strong key client relationships – act as a trusted advisor to a select group of Jacobs’ key clients across the public and private sector.
- Maintain regular communication with the Team/Section Lead to ensure alignment with business goals, monitor time and workload to anticipate capacity needs, and balance deliverables with available time.
- Promote safety culture within the organisation and with our clients.
- Support the Performance Unit (PU) to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships order to maximise the benefit of global delivery to our clients and our people.
