What You'll Do:
- Aligns directly to an agile team and manages the day-to-day delivery for the team; this includes management projects and operational delivery.
- Establishes and maintains agile process for team, facilitates work intake for team, facilitates backlog prioritization, fosters team environment, leads Sprint and PI planning, leads team agile ceremonies (retro/daily scrum), leads continuous agile maturity for team.
- Manages team backlog, manages team working agreement, partners with Project and Program Managers, plans and manages small team level projects, reports on team delivery metrics, removes delivery impediments, manages procurement for team level initiatives
- Manages deliverables according to Agile and Hybrid Project standards established by Project Management Office.
- Influences and builds stakeholder consensus, utilizing advanced communication techniques, both verbal and non-verbal, to navigate complex and ambiguous situations; applying various business communication styles and interpersonal skills to foster universal relationships and connect seemingly unconnected parties.
- Communicates articulately and concisely in one-on-one or team meetings, effectively presenting data and logic to influence decisions, and presenting data-driven insights and structured recommendations to teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Actively listens to diverse perspectives, acknowledging different technical viewpoints, and integrating them into product and technology development.
What You'll Bring:
- You have advanced knowledge of Agile principles including the SCRUM methodology and the ability to apply them in day-to-day team delivery.
- Advanced knowledge of industry Agile project manager toolset (ex. Jira, Confluence, Teams, etc.) and can apply to support daily job functions.
- You have a demonstrated track record of driving delivery of team level planned activities following a sprint schedule as well as managing multiple low to high complexity projects.
- Can lead a team through Agile/Scrum ceremonies and achieve desired results.
- Develop project schedule and ability to drive cross collaborative effort.
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities with peers and applies managing up principles.
- Demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to understand when and to whom to escalate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
