Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide business-as-usual support to a wide variety of customers
- Create regression testing plans
- Execute regression testing manually and via automation tools (RSAT)
- Document functional requirements as input to Change Requests
- Lead regular meetings with customer stakeholders to ensure Incidents & Change Requests are progressing
- Contribute to customer Change Requests and projects as required
- Plan and execute data conversion activities
- Update customer on upcoming F&O version updates and impact to the customer
- Function as first point of contact for a number of contracted customers and take accountability for their support experience
- Coordinate an F&O version update schedule ensuring the customer stays up-to-date while accommodating customer business requirements.

- Multiple legal entity consolidation and elimination principles
- Management/Financial reporter experience a must.
- Knowledge of GAAP and ability to learn, understand and configure tax policies of countries will be required
- Experience in Cost accounting, Cost management principles and configuring Financials for Retail, Production based Industries will be required
- Be able to facilitate and manage discovery workshops with business teams in the of D365 SCM/finance functional area.
- Compile Functional Requirements Documents and conceptualising future state business processes.
- Identifying and defining system GAPs.
- Unit and regression testing, developing test scripts.
- (Super) User training, developing end user training material.
- Inter-company trading configuration and defining business process steps.
- Overall understanding of D365 F&O deployment methods, Azure and LCS.
- Experience on the Power Platform especially Power Apps and Power BI
Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AX 2012/ D365 F&O Production Support/Application support for SCM or Finance
- Experience delivering support against contractually agreed service levels (SLA)
- Experience with successful implementations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Surestep, Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies is an added advantage.
- Well versed with Azure ecosystem including Azure DevOps.
- Valid Microsoft certifications (MB 300, MB310, MB 320) would be an added advantage.
- Managing, resolving, monitoring performance issues within D365 F&O and AX 2012 environment.
- Ability to work in both team environment and as an individual contributor.
- Strong willingness to advocate best practice processes in D365 F&O
- Good understanding of ITIL practices
- Experience working with support ticketing systems and willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and an ability to build a rapport with our customers.
