Responsibilities:

Design Development:
Conceptualizing, designing, and delivering exceptionally well crafted creative across a wide range of touchpoints including marketing materials, brand identity, digital and social, events and experiential.

Staying Current:
Leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to optimize workflows and enhance storytelling.

Project Ownership:
Overseeing multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

Presentation and Creative Reviews:

Experienced developing and presenting / discussing creative and the narrative / strategy behind the work with a group of creatives and leadership. Comfortable offering and receiving creative feedback in a constructive and open way.

Attention to detail:
Strong ability to develop work with a keen eye for design details big, medium and small. Able to keep track of complex notes and feedback and ensure efficient and accurate progress.Culture building:
Foster and grow brand design culture through enabling world-class design.

Design Systems and tools:

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in design, developing world-class consumer brand solutions. Global experience a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of experience in brand design, visual design. User interface and event / experiential a plus.

• Expert with creative tools, creative cloud, Figma, Miro, Google Suite.

• Experience in strategic customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of leading design teams.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape.

• Experience in designing and delivering high-impact customer experiences.

• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and strategies for creative development, content creation and optimization.

Posting Statement

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
