Accountable for the overall management, planning and guidance to achieve short and long term objectives and outcomes through team efforts.
Drive and deliver the effective and efficient operations of tooling department including team’s adherence to company policies and procedures, safety and legal requirements as well as dangers and protective measures.
Ensure conservation, maintenance, process control and analysis to achieve optimization of operation equipment and machinery.
Release of processes, machines, tools, technical equipment, work instructions , manufacturing regulations, etc.
Facilitate with key stakeholders on more complex issues to support tooling team ‘s interface and collaborations with other functions/department or teams.
Develop and assess investments of machinery and tools including capex planning of mold replacements to meet mid to long term needs of production and budget.
Be accountable for the effective planning and supervision of projects and personnel to optimize internal and external capacities.
Develop current and future tooling capabilities of the company by determining and evaluating of development and training progress of team.
Coach and enable tooling teams to perform continuous improvement and development of tooling operations to achieve team goals.
Be role model of West values and “lean culture” to influence positive behaviors among team members at all levels.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Engineering related fields
Work Experience
Minimum 8 years ip capacity required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft based programs
cGMP knowledge and applications
High level of analytical skill and leadership capabilities.
Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
