As an Advanced Field Service Engineer, your focus will be drivingthe development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes ofcomplex equipment and systems, and lead cross-functional groups to quickly fixany administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of properequipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to customers in industries such as petroleum, smelting, chemical, and high-tech sectors.
• Handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gas detectors.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure high-quality and timely service, resolving any technical issues encountered on-site.
• Document and report on field service activities, including issues encountered, solutions provided, and customer feedback.
• Conduct in-house repairs, including diagnosing, repairing, and performance testing of gas detection equipment.
• Ensure all repair work meets company and industry quality standards.
• Provide technical training to customers and internal staff to ensure proper usage and maintenance of the products.
• Develop and update technical documentation and training materials.
• Offer product improvement suggestions based on field experience to help enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support the R&D team with testing and feedback on new products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of field service or repair experience in a related industry. Experience with gas detectors or similar products is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in industries such as petroleum and chemical.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
