Key job responsibilities
1. Shape Front-End Development: Guide design, implementation, and optimization of responsive, accessible user interfaces, using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.2. Establish Front-End Architecture: Drive development of reusable and modular UI components, adhering to best practices and design systems.3. Maintain Performance and Quality Standards: Ensure optimal performance by implementing efficient rendering techniques, code splitting, and other performance optimization strategies. Contribute to establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for the front end code base through testing, code reviews, and best practices.4. Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into seamless user experiences. Share knowledge across the organization through tech talks and by mentoring other front-end developers.

- 4+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- 3+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
- Experience building scalable, distributed, front-end experiences

- Experience building reusable UX components or libraries
- Experience in agile software development methodology
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
