What you'll do:-
As theSystem Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of system and storage engineers and be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project deliverables, and ensure the infrastructure meets current and future needs.

- Infrastructure Management:
- Experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
- Cloud Computing:
- Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- System Administration:
- Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and email systems
- Experience with backup and recovery systems.
- Automation and Scripting:
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible,
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for process automation.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
- Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
- Experience with system monitoring tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Security and Compliance:
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including access controls and encryption.
- DevOps Practices:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab.
Education:Bachelor's degree
Experience:Min 12years experience along with experience in a team management or lead role, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects.
Certifications:Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
