DevOps Strategy and Implementation:
Develop and implement DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows.
Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
Champion the adoption of automation tools and technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Continuous Integration and Delivery:
Establish and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to enable continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines to minimize build and deployment times and ensure code quality and reliability.
Implement practices for automated testing, code reviews, and quality assurance to accelerate the release cycle and reduce risks.
Infrastructure Management and Automation:
Oversee the management of infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure resources.
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure services and platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience as individual contributor role (DevOps/SRE).
A minimum of 3 years of experience of management and demonstrated competency in providing leadership and coaching to direct reports
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in DevOps practices, methodologies, and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and containerization.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
AWS Experience is a plus
