- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 20 years of experience working in engineering organizations, spanning across engineering, product, technical program management, and operations.
- Experience leading teams and programs.
- Experience driving cross-functional and cross-company programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, or MBA.
- Understanding of the complex relationship between the organization and its environment, with ability to identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and quickly respond to changing circumstances in a strategic way.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Comfortable with changing specifications or standards, and ability to create conditions in which the team feels comfortable and capable of working through ambiguity.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.
