As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of regulatory initiatives for the Trust & Safety team; with a specific emphasis on key efforts related to issue intake and governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of safety and trustworthiness.
- 5+ years of program management experience with consumer-facing online safety efforts, with a strong preference for trust and safety experience.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools with a demonstrated track record of running complex, cross-functional projects, in dynamic or evolving environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Strong technical proficiency and attention to detail.
- Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools, and technologies.
- Trust and Safety experience strongly preferred
- Skilled at building trust and credibility through empathy, communication, and follow-through.
- Process-minded with an excitement to join a new team and support the development of governance procedures and protocols in partnership with others.
