Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in technical digital marketing roles or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Experience with project management or project coordination.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing quantitative business models to assess the impact of projects and initiatives.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to design, launch and scale marketing programs.
Experience with media operations including trafficking and troubleshooting digital media, implementing tags and advanced measurement technologies like Enhanced Conversions, Consent Mode and other first-party data strategies.
Ability to structure data-driven narratives and excellent communication skills, coupled with distinctive problem-solving and growth marketing skills.
Excellent relationship management and change management skills, coupled with an attention to detail and accuracy.
