Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in technical digital marketing roles or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
- Experience with project management or project coordination.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing quantitative business models to assess the impact of projects and initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to design, launch and scale marketing programs.
- Ability to structure data-driven narratives and excellent communication skills, coupled with distinctive problem-solving and growth marketing skills.
- Excellent relationship management and change management skills, coupled with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent team player who grows in a changing, cross-functional environment within a globally distributed team.
