Government Relations Specialist

• Manage relationship with government authorities, such as labor offices, social insurance authorities, medical insurance provider
• Manage inspection reports to remove any insurance violations
• Prepare Forms 1,6 and Form 2 and submit them to Social Insurance
• Maintain employees’ time off records and requests
• Process employee’s queries and respond promptly
• Organize and maintain employee files in a timely manner and ensure they fully meet the requirements (hard copies and on workday system)
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required
• Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices
• Initiate and follow-up all correspondence between the company and the insurance office (insurance printers to renew licenses and cards...)
• Preparing the financial dues monthly, matching them with salaries, and submitting them to the Financial Department to extract social security checks
• Preparing and submitting health insurance beneficiary forms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in HR personnel function and in dealing directly with Government authorities.
  Excellent command of English in both written and speaking.
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Workday will be a Plus
• Holding valid driving license and ability to drive to office and/ or government authorities on daily basis
