You’ll be joining our Stockport

What you’ll do:

As aat adidas, you’ll be responsible for fostering positive working-relationships between the employees and the business, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, maintaining best practice internal policies and resolving workplace disputes.

Skills you’ll need:

• 8+ years of general Human Resources experience, in particular managing complex employee relations and compliance cases
• Communication and conflict resolution skills: proactively addressing & resolving workplace conflicts to maintain a productive & positive working environment
• Data Analysis experience: analysing employee relations data to identify both external and internal trends to make recommendations for improvement
• A trusted & impartial advisor with strong knowledge of relevant UK employment legislation, who is able to clearly advise on policies in an accessible way, advocating change where necessary
• Passion for DEI and working experience in this space
• CIPD qualified
