The Job
- Responsible for developing long term Authentication Operations vision and strategy comprehensive of: facilities, operations, finance and technology
- Gain leadership approval of strategy through justification and presentations including detailed financial and market analysis
- Lead development of materials and storytelling for large executive approvals as needed across technology, operations, facilities and business functions pertaining to auth ops
- Develop and manage a high level workback plan across vendors and contract strategy to lead domains toward long term strategy including achievements and workback planning
- Lead a team of 2-3 teammates in supporting business function roles including business operations, strategy and planning
- Develop team of strong performers
- Maintain contracts for team and ensure all renewals and new contracts align to long-term vision
- Process design for special projects as they arise
- Develop executive materials and present on team progress to strategic vision regularly
- Travel 10% of time if in Bay Area, more if located elsewhere
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years experience preferably in consulting, strategy, corporate development or similar roles
- Experience managing hard-working strategy and planning teams
- Ability to build out cases for executive approval by working with internal partners, and developing business case form research and financial evaluation
- Finance exposure and P&L management a plus
- Data-centric and analytics driven with robust experience developing proposals to enable executive decision making
- Bring order to ambiguous situations, taking on challenges with high visibility, and bringing others on the journey
- Untangling sophisticated processes, crafting strategic roadmaps, and telling compelling stories
- You value partnership, collaboration, and approachability
- You thrive in ambiguous, high visibility situations, and can operate with a high degree of autonomy

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
