Provide support across Dealer Practices, Sales, in the review of current unperfected lien portfolios.
Perform root cause analysis as it relates to reasons behind unperfected titles in assigned dealer base.
Remain aware of environment changes that may impact the ability of our dealers to complete their title transactions (IE, state specific issues, etc.)
Ensure titling information contained in the toolkits remains up to date through engagement in the evergreen process
Communicate any changes to internal processes to impacted business partners and ensure any needed training is set up or considered for DRMs and other impacted staff
Maintain open communication and work with other areas of the business (Dealer Vault, Reserve, Administration, Servicing, Collections, etc.) as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Automotive business and industry knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to partner with Internal and external clients and or contacts and strong partnership and team building skills
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrate proactive approach towards problem solving
Proven ability to work within tight deadlines and in a demanding environment with attention to detail
