As a Remarketing Service Coordinator in Auto Finance, you will motivate new and existing auto dealers to use Chase Auto Finance for indirect retail/leasing financing. You will deepen lease-end relationships between Chase Auto and our Manufacturing Partners’ Dealer; Aston Martin Financial Services, Jaguar Financial Group, Land Rover Financial Group, Maserati Capital USA, McLaren Financial Services, Rivian and Subaru Motors Finance.
Job responsibilities
- Train retailers on use of private label sites; inform dealers of policy and procedures
- Act as liaison between retailers and Chase internal partners
- Follow up with retailers on committed purchases and ensure timely retailer payoffs to ensure prompt customer account closure and quick title release to purchasing retailer
- Perform the following functions such as sign dealers to the program in the local market, interface directly with all dealer personnel
- Use reporting data to demonstrate to retailers missed opportunities to purchase off lease units upstream
- Increase retailer enrollment rate for private label and Chase floorplan purchase capability
- Document retailer contacts, issues, resolutions and exceptions in SalesForce
- Correspond daily via phone and email with retailers and Dealer Relationship Managers to ensure timely response and expedited issue resolution

- Advanced time management, organizational and prioritization skills to meet business objectives
