Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or strategic account management at a B2B software company.
10 years of experience in sales covering German public sector and federal entities.
Experience working with the German Federal Public sector.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and German in order to manage client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software across public sector, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
Experience growing an existing customer base and acquiring new clients at scale, to increase business growth.
Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations.
Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
Experience cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives.
Understanding of German Public Procurement law and processes (Vergaberecht).
