Your impact
This position has direct responsibility for transit safetyoversight at MARTA and is required to comply with thetraining requirements identified in the Authority’s AgencySafety Plan.
- Assists and monitors on-site construction activities to ensure that the quality of materials,workmanship, and products meets the standards set in the approved construction contractdocuments.
- Prepares, submits, and maintains daily records of work activities, quantities used, and siteconditions.
- Conducts inspections and site observations as needed to document the quality of the work beingperformed.
- Reports any documented work quality issues to the Quality Assurance Engineer and the ResidentEngineer.
- Updates contract documents with redlines as minor changes are made in the field.
