The Payroll Lead Analyst manages a functional area (depending on size of business).
Manage teams' problem resolution.
Advises senior management regarding performance of assigned payroll area(s).
Strategizes with outside departments and customers to establish projects and priorities
Interacts with stakeholders developing key relationships and strategies for support.
Strategizes with businesses on issues and required business specifications.
Manages department budget and cost activities.
Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
Accountable for end results.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of Payroll experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills; must be an expert in Excel
Must have Tableau experience as well as creating Dashboards
Ability to work effectively with internal colleagues
Must have reporting and data analytical skills
Must have global exposure to other lines of businesses
