As aon our team in
Orlando, FL, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You’ll be accountable for assisting with the transition of software for our asset management program, assist with building the library for our latest online safety program, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and anything else assigned by management. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels – both verbally and in writing will help us meet our client’s objectives.
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 4 years of administrative experience
- Proficient computer skills including (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Post-Secondary Education or Technical/Specialized Training
- Experience working with a team in an engineering, construction or related organization
- Experience with Maximo
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing, walking, sitting, coordination, balance and agility demands, which may include the ability to stoop, kneel, squat, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoor, outdoor, have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, air borne particles, noxious gases, and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
