We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Mortgage Investor Reporting Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely reporting to our investors, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall mortgage servicing operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to investors according to established schedules and guidelines.
Maintain and update mortgage loan data in systems and databases, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Monitor compliance with investor reporting requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, investors, and external stakeholders regarding reporting inquiries and updates.
Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records related to investor communications and reporting activities.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks on reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in investor reporting procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of experience in business and general office environment
Minimum three years of experience in finance or accounting activities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Prior experience in mortgage servicing, finance, or related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with investor reporting requirements and mortgage industry practices is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
