Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry within metropolitan/long-haul fiber network delivery and ISP/OSP construction.
- Experience with data center physical infrastructure design or construction.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with network planning and engineering.
- Experience with fiber/colocation availability and scalability analysis.
- Experience in vendor management in the telecommunications/network industry.
- Knowledge of project managing the deployment of terrestrial/subsea long-haul fiber-optic network infrastructure engineering design and construction projects.
