Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or related functions.
2 years of experience in consumer growth across marketing or product using insights to inform growth strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, etc.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.
Experience with database management.
Familiarity with SQL.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive discussions and presentations across multiple levels of the organization.
Excellent process and project management skills, with the ability to set goals, maintain a growth tracker and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.
Excellent structured thinking and business acumen skills.
