Enterprise Entitlement Review System). This position requires both technical and business analyst skills.What you will do:

  • leadership and direction to the team responsible for reviews of EERS feeds and assistance to all Citigroup application teams, feed providers, business information security officers, and anyone else that may require help to feed data entitlements into EERS.
  • Make initial assessment, triage, research, and remediation of any issues found in the EERS feed.
  • Attend conference calls that involve technical questions for Citi enterprise platforms, applications and systems including, but not limited to Mainframe, Active Directory, and UNIX.
  • Project management, business process improvement, and overall people leadership.
  • Work with direct manager and functional manager to build strategy for the group and come up with process enhancements to help the group streamline the work and increase throughput.
  • Understand and implement the documented EERS Integration QA process.
  • Lead meetings with this global community.
  • Assist application teams in creating high quality entitlement feeds into EERS.
  • Communicate QA requirements.
  • Provide continuous improvement suggestions around the QA process.
  • Track the application team’s progress in remediating the feeds and use the escalation process effectively.
  • Analyze and provide feedback to the teams on feed quality analysis.
  • Track progress in Citi tools, including MS ExcelandAssist other IAM/EERS team members as needed.
  • Produce periodic metrics and reporting of progress, issues and possible risks.
  • Collect and analyze security risk evidence and coordinate with internal and external compliance and auditing agencies / officials.
  • Provide IS consulting services, including interpreting and/or clarifying information security policy, procedures, standards or concepts.
  • Assist with defining and implementing IS standards to align procedures and practices in compliance with Citi standards.


Your profile:

  • -8years of relevant experience, withpeople management experience in managing 5+ team member.
  • Risk Management & Information Security knowledge.
  • Must be able to manage their own time while meeting deadlines and communicating their status with management.
  • Willing to work occasional off hours to cover meetings in other parts of the world.
  • Understanding of data transmission protocols.
  • Citi Policy and Standards as it applies to user entitlement reviews.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse, international user base and Strong organizational & analytical skills.
