Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in procurement operations management or related roles, with a focus on strategic planning and procurement operations efficiency.
Experience with procurement processes, procedures, and best practices, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and designing and implementing streamlined processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience in developing strategic plans and roadmaps for procurement operations, setting goals and metrics for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience initiating and leading continuous improvement programs, with knowledge of quality assurance measures and performance metrics to ensure consistency and operational excellence, and experience in implementing these measures within a Procurement Operations Team.
Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional or global teams, including managing and influencing teams of senior professionals and managers and establishing performance expectations.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement operations management, with a focus on driving operational excellence and cost efficiencies.
