Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in procurement operations management or related roles, with a focus on strategic planning and procurement operations efficiency.
- Experience with procurement processes, procedures, and best practices, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and designing and implementing streamlined processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Experience in developing strategic plans and roadmaps for procurement operations, setting goals and metrics for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience initiating and leading continuous improvement programs, with knowledge of quality assurance measures and performance metrics to ensure consistency and operational excellence, and experience in implementing these measures within a Procurement Operations Team.
- Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional or global teams, including managing and influencing teams of senior professionals and managers and establishing performance expectations.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement operations management, with a focus on driving operational excellence and cost efficiencies.
