Job Description

The Pilot Material Handler is responsible for exercising autonomy within established procedures, making informed decisions to resolve complex problems, and driving results while working under limited supervision.

Your role:

  • Exercises autonomy within established procedures, making informed decisions to resolve complex problems and drive results, working under limited supervision.

  • Acts as a technical support within established procedures, providing guidance and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

  • Maintains strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, innovators, vendors, and senior management, by effectively communicating complex technical information and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Inspects and implements limited continuous improvement projects, optimizing internal processes within the laboratory environment to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves the most critical technical problems, applying advanced knowledge, analytical skills, and Root Cause Analysis to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and ensure project progress is not impeded.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Research and Development (R&D) environment, Engineering Laboratory or equivalent

  • Your skills include technical acumen, troubleshooting, equipment set-up, digital literacy, administrative support, root cause analysis and process improvements

  • You have a high school diploma or Vocational Education

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re a self-starter with the ability to work in a team or individually, you have excellent communication skills both written and verbally

The pay range for this position in MN is $30.29 to $48.46.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
