- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, Auditor or equivalent certification/experience.
- 4 years of work experience analyzing data and creating reports with strong statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical standards, mechanical and infrastructure equipment applied to mission critical operations or data centers (e.g., EN, ISO, IATF, APQP).
- Knowledge in design of experiments, statistical analysis and process control.
- Familiar with application of statistical analysis tools such as Minitab/ANOVA.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
