Job Description
Primary activities may include:
- Work closely in a cross functional team (policy, communications and such) within the region and global IT community, and contribute to platform solution working with cross regional teams (IT Tech Centers)
- Document business requirements and process flows related to end-to-end business flows (e.g. E2E campaigns, ) across multiple locations and teams.
- Analyze requirements versus existing global solutions.
- Provide technical consultancy and enablement for markets/regions applying the global solutions.
- Facilitate trainings and workshops to educate others on digital marketing best practices.
- Coordinate activities across diverse teams and vendors
- Ability to learn market-specific legal, regulatory and compliance needs relevant to digital capabilities in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Utilize marketing automation & tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, web portals (WordPress VIP) and others. Including sales and service tools (Salesforce).
What we need & would be great fit:
- Any technical skill is a plus (Google Analytics, scripting languages, APIs, WP web platforms, CRM tools & multichannel solutions Oracle/Siebel, Sales Force, Veeva, Microsoft)
- Prior working experience with CRM tools & multichannel solutions (Oracle/Siebel, Sales Force, Veeva, Microsoft.)
- Ability to quickly develop effective trust-based relationships, working closely with cross functional stakeholders across the business.
- Enthusiastic about technical growth and development. This includes a strong interest in learning more about E2E user flows and becoming an expert in multichannel areas.
- Highly developed communication skills, cultural awareness, and diversity-welcoming approach
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and comfortable to deal with ambiguity, adaptability to changes, ability to understand complex solutions and wider business context
- Previous technical consultancy role is welcome
- Project/Product management experience is welcome
- Relevant pharma experience highly appreciated
- Proficient English knowledge, both written and spoken.
