Staff Product Manager

Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Systems Management, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management; Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Systems Management, or related area and 7 years of experience in product management.

Experience conducting market research, analyzing data, and making informed decisions based on market trends and customer needs. Experience analyzing data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement. Experience understanding customer pain points and converting them into product requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Experience defining product roadmaps to prioritize short term and long term goals for the product. Experience using SQL and Python to analyze user data, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Experience working with cross functional teams to resolve issues. Experience managing stakeholder expectations.
