Your Role and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Review and Conversion: Reviewing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and effectively converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Lead Transfer: Passing the SQLs to IBM sellers and partners to support the deal closure process.
- Social Selling and Brand Building: Engaging in social selling strategies and activities to build your personal brand and influence potential clients.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Manage the generation and development of sales within the Technology field.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieving sales targets in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Digital Communication Proficiency: Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills across various digital platforms.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Automation Market Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in the Automation market and establishing trust as a valued advisor for clients (training on IBM’s Automation offerings will be provided).
