Application Developer, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 80% telecommuting permitted): Design and implement a CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Deployment) system. Create an automated pipeline for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for platform and service teams. Configure and maintain Jenkins to implement the CI process. Perform with Subversion control, build, Configuration Management tools like GIT, DOCKER, ANSIBLE and Integration and monitoring tools like JENKINS and Nagios. Create automated script for patching purpose from one server to another server. Set up the environment and automate the infrastructure using the AWS Cloud Services. Create Ansible Playbooks for Push Button deployments through Jenkins. Manage server configuration through Ansible Playbooks. Manage package repositories like JFrog Artifactory and Sonatype Nexus. Manage Ansible Playbooks with Ansible roles. Use file module in Ansible Playbook to copy and remove files on remote systems. Develop and implement system architectures that support cloud-forward and IaaS/PaaS approach to solve technology demands, automate customer environments and support existing customers on cloud environments. Involve in scripting for automation during cloud provisioning and automate build and deployment using Jenkins to reduce human error and speed up production processes. Maintain secure configuration management practices and assist the security team in developing threat assessment and incident response process. Work with teams to build the Serverless applications in AWS Cloud environment. Automate new AWS accounts set up with all the mandatory IAM Roles, Lambda functions, S3 buckets, CloudTrail, CloudWatch rule, SNS Jenkins, Bitbucket, CloudFormation templates. Utilize: Amazon Services (Amazon Connect, Amazon LexBot S3, Lambda, EC2), Microservices and APIs, Terraform, Languages (Nodejs, JavaScript, Java), Frontend Technologies (Ember, Angular). Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience as a Software Developer or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Amazon Services (Amazon Connect, Amazon LexBot S3, Lambda, EC2), Microservices and APIs, Terraform, Languages (Nodejs, JavaScript, Java), Frontend Technologies (Ember, Angular). $99336.96 to $126800.00 per year.
