Start your career as a- you will support the delivery of our sustainability reporting and trust solutions, by supporting multi-disciplinary teams in various projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to develop and implement ESG strategies and programs.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of sustainability reporting using voluntary GRI, mandatory reporting CSRD/ESRS and EU Taxonomy standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sustainability practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainability and ESG.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, Sustainability, Business, Environmental Science or related field.
• You want to learn more and shape the future in sustainability, ESG, and related consulting services in climate change.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GHG Protocol, GRI, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Detail oriented and proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
