What You’ll Do
  • Coordinates change control between R&D Engineering & Manufacturing, ensuring change control goes smoothly and appropriate resources are assigned
  • Designs, improves, and enforces processes to ensure there is an organized method to track multiple changes to their deadlines, improves internal efficiency, and/or addresses identified gaps
  • Analytical leveraging of data and dashboards to find trends, track changes, review logs, and identify opportunities to improve operations and/or help triage issues
  • Manages cross-functional factory-facing integration projects/programs from end to end
  • Communicate clearly, regularly, and effectively with leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and internal team members in both written, verbal, and in person
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and exercises sound business judgment
  • Leverages first principles engineering thinking to when problem solving
  • Works alongside engineers to understand issues, represent the larger Vehicle Software organization (as needed), and is in place to remove roadblocks
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • 2+ years of Technical Program Management experience, managing consumer-facing software programs, manufacturing programs, and/or embedded systems
  • Ability to work with limited resources, independently, tight deadlines, and with urgency
  • Track record of leading teams and forming strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing and Engineering)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
  • Track record for managing complex technology projects end-to-end
  • Ability to evaluate processes / programs for strengths and weaknesses and balance technical trade-offs against business ones
  • Solid critical thinking skills to be able to triage issues, understand hardware/software inter-dependencies, root cause analysis, and drive towards solutions
  • Experience working in or with mass manufacturing, electric vehicles, or automotive background, preferred
