Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in embedded systems and devices software industry, and in technical leadership, people management, leading development, testing of mobile phones, or modem.
- Experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python).
- Experience in modem performance testing, test case design, and test automation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in the cellular industry managing or leading development or testing of mobile phones and modem.
- Experience in using test equipments, (e.g., Keysight UXM, Amarisoft, CMW/CMX, or Anritsu) to perform modem functional and performance testing, test case design, and test automation.
- Knowledge in 3rd Generation Partnership Project protocols and cellular system operation, and in performing modem testing and debugging modem issues.
- Knowledge of global carrier requirements with functions and testing.
